NS1 Prefix: eg

HI All,

 

I'm trying to stop clients from being asked on the order form for nameserver details as below when ordering a service or type vps/dedicated server:

 

NS1 Prefix: eg. ns1(.yourdomain.com)

NS2 Prefix: eg. ns2(.yourdomain.com)

 

I'm sure this must have been asked before but I couldn't find any older thread to help me.

 

I've tried using another product type but then the solusvm creation didn't work correctly.

 

Hoping someone can help.

Hi Daniel,

 

You can edit the configureproduct.tpl file in the templates/orderforms/xx/ directory and hide the options you don't want to show. You will need to enter default information so you need to make them hidden input fields and not remove them,
