Questions about member pages.

I am working hard on building a site. I am a little confused on something though. I am setting up a website where you can purchase a lifetime or monthly membership. My question is, how do I block member pages from the public? Example: I need member only pages to ask the new user to sign up for an account to view.

 

I am planning on using WHMCS. Will this software do this? I am completely confused on how to do this. Right now most of my pages are like this: index.html, about.html, order.html, and etc. What should I use for member only pages? Thanks for any help and advice!!!!
