attroll
I was wondering what is the best way to add an account to the WHMCS if the account already exists in the WHM control panel on my site?
MediaIgniter
I believe what I did was created a new client and then added a new hosting account to that client. After that I just filled in the cPanel/WHM details but didn't create the account itself on the server since it was already present. Maybe someone else can clearify a little as it's been a while since I've had to do this.

PPH
Just remember to choose PayPal subcriptions when manually adding clients and change it afterwards to the actual payment method. That way it doesn't generate an invoice. Also make sure that send email at the various steps is not checked. Customers seem to get quite upset receiving those emails
attroll
I have an account I created a while back in WHM and not I want to import it into WHMCS so that I can get it on a billing cycle. When I use the WHM Import Scrip and put a check mark in the domain I want to import and then click Import I get the following info: 0 Succeeded 1 Failed 1. domainname.org How can I find out what is causing this error and get this imported.
