Brett
Hello! I just wanted to let everyone know that I have written a kayako 4 loginshare script. It uses the WHMCS api, so it should work relatively well. It can be found here - http://forums.kayako.com/f211/kayako-loginshare-script-includes-drupal-interspire-wordpress-more-coming-29608/ Let me know if anyone has any questions.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 29, 2010 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 29, 2010 Hi Brett, Thanks for doing this for people but we actually already have an official loginshare module for Kayako that we created available @ http://wiki.whmcs.com/Kayako Matt
Brett
That is good to hear! I did not know about that. I will make a note of it in my script then when people try to setup WHMCS. If it is all the same, I think I will keep it just so I have more systems covered. Thanks for the work that you all do!
TheHostingHeroes
Id love to use kayako v4, i like kayako but id never stop using WHMCS Built in support system as i like the fact that when a ticket is opened they choose the product that its related to, and within the tickets we can see the product details/logins etc. Makes supporting the customer so much easier.
sullise
I tried to use this and it does not work at all. I put the module in, pointed Kayako Fusion 4 to it and it fails to log me in.
