Terminate service when closing account

Hi,

 

I would have expected that a clients service was terminated immediately after we closed or even deleted their account. The service termination function is working correctly as we can do it manually. Is this not supposed to be automated as part of the close or delete account function. Do I need to write an action hook for this? I'd be interested in the logic behind this if its by design.

1. dont *delete* accounts

2. turn on the account suspend/terminate automation
