rmaweb
Hello Fellow WHMCS Users, Now that The Planet and Softlayer have merged together, I am going to start working on the Softlayer API for my own business's use. Most basic features would be: ■ Retrieving invoices and making payments ■ Viewing, adding, and editing support tickets ■ Viewing managing server hardware and software configuration ■ Rebooting servers through on-board IPMI or power strip ■ Initiate OS reload ■ Retrieving IP address data ■ Retrieving bandwidth data and graphs This will likely take me a couple months to create, but I also would like to know what other Softlayer users would like to have. Any input would be appreciated, and as I progress toward version 1.0 I will be posting periodic screenshots to show the progress.

rmaweb
Work is hard underway. Cant give an ETA yet though. Also, it will be a free module with forum support when it is released.
DougK94
I am using "Stratos" for this. https://github.com/softlayer/Stratos If you take a look at it, may give you some ideas and help
rmaweb
Yeah I am taking a lot off of it. Just cant use it "as is" as it is using ZF and I dont think that that would be compatible with whmcs. Also, if the whmcs staff read this, is there a way for me to add permissions to the admin roles? That way I can section off different areas of the module to different permission roles?
