Emails to customers regarding tickets

Hey

 

When a customer submits a ticket, they receive an email. How do I change the email address this email is sent from? At the moment it is sent from my main email address but I need it sent from the support address so the email piping works for email replies.

If you go to Setup -> Email Templates -> Click on the edit icon next to the email template that you are referring to and in the top of that page you will be able to see the filed that has your current email address in it - enter your support email address and click save changes.
