At the moment it is sent from my main email address but I need it sent from the support address so the email piping works for email replies. vchosting Posted November 15, 2010 Share Posted November 15, 2010 If you go to Setup -> Email Templates -> Click on the edit icon next to the email template that you are referring to and in the top of that page you will be able to see the filed that has your current email address in it - enter your support email address and click save changes. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
