generic
did you check "send welcome email" when you activated the account?
Anders
hi generic, i have had same problems it does not send "new account info" mail to free mail accounts as hotmail or gmail but it been sending to outlook express mail accounts. anyway you are saying to check "send welcome email" what and where can i check that? hostvivid did you use free mails for that account that didn't receive the "new account info" mail. Warm Regards Anders
PPH
Sounds like you are saying members of hotmail and gmail are not receiving welcomes while isp accounts are. That would be a problem with how the free email accounts are handling your email that would be sent in the same manner as the ones that are receiving.
