Darlene Darragh
I want to eliminate the Home Portal client information that displays on the right side when a user is ordering hosting on my site but I am not sure what code to delete and from where. Has anyone cleaned up the order form to remove this information. Darlene
Roger
In the portal template. The code for the right side menu display is in the footer.tpl. Thinking a bit more about this. If you alter/remove the code it will affect the entire site. Unless you code it such that it knows the order form is in use. HTH's some. -Roger Edited November 4, 2010 by Roger
Darlene Darragh
I want the order form to work but when following some instructions provided by a document from my hosting company it made the screen go white (blank). I just want to remove all the customer information on the right side but still have the order information there for the user to process an order. I have no idea what file to edit or what code to delete
Roger
Sounds like you have no experience in coding Darlene. I suggest that you consider hiring one of the coders that do template work. There are several that check the forums frequently. That would be your best bet to get it done right and save on the aspirin -Roger
