PDF Download on MAC

Had a weird issue pop up the other day with WHMCS PDF download from the admin panel. My Parnter uses a MAC and has been having this issue for a while and never said anything till yesterday.

 

Basically when she wants to download a invoice or quote PDF she clocks on the Download PDF button and it takes her to the client download section.

 

I remote into her MAC to watch her and make sure she was logging into the panel correctly and she was.

 

I tested this on MAC Firefox and Safari and it does it in both. Even weirder is it didnt do it a couple times then it would go back to doing it constantly.

 

Is there some setting or something on the MAC that's causing this?
