cPanel suspension reason not carrying over

It doesnt appear that the suspensions being passed to cPanel are carrying over the reason with them. Within WHMCS, the reason is showing as "Overdue on payment" but within cPanel, they show as "Unknown."

This is a relatively big issue for us, as we have other systems that suspend accounts and need to know the reason for ALL suspensions.

You could always make those systems update WHMCS so all the details are always there - nothing quite so annoying is when the billing system says its active, but the account is suspended by a-n-other service and the support/sales/accounts staff dont know ...

They already do this. The problem is when WHMCS suspends an account, it doesnt record the information in the cPanel suspension system. This is a fairly trivial thing to do with the suspend API function in the cPanel API.
