easyhosting
This seesm to be a compatility issue with Firefox, as when i use this in Internet Explorer it works 100% but does not work in Firefox. also Matts ticket reply is "For the first 406 forbidden error message, it's a mod_security rule block occuring as John advised so something your host would be able to deal with from looking at the logs. But then for the second "request too large" related error message, that would indicate probably an suhosin limit is being hit and needs to be increased on the server side so you'll need to contact your host again about that one also." but i would say that if it works 100% in IE but fails in FF, then it does seem a compatibility isue.
easyhosting
latest message from Matt "The editor we use in WHMCS is called TinyMCE which you can find out more about @ http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/ - it's definately cross browser compliant so try the demos @ their site to rule out any browser issues."
easyhosting
no matter what i do it still does not work in Firefox, but it works 100% in Internet Explorer, so the only conclusion can be a compatibility problem.
