lightbeing creations
Currently, my KB is showing the top item for Most Popular Articles to be an article on Fantastico. The trouble is I now longer use Fantastico, prefering to use Softaculous. The KB article has been removed, so how can I also remove the reference to it in Most Popular Articles?

uberhost
Instead of removing a popular KB article, this would be a great opportunity to explain the transition to your Fantastico replacement. I don't know, if it was me I'd simply revise the article with a subheading like "Newsflash: We've found something more fantastic than Fantastico!" and then provide a link to the Softaculous category. This way you'd keep your Fantastico "link juice" while at the same time lowering your bounce rate. Just sayin'. Cheers, Rick
