I can log into Kayako using a username / password from WHMCS and vice-versa but for some reason after I log into Kayako and attempt to click on WHMCS it forces me to log in again. Is there a way to first log into Kayako and then have it seamlessly access WHMCS for the invoices and what not? It's weird, for some reason I can first log into WHMCS then click on Support and I can seamlessly log into Kayako but not the other way around. Edit: I have Kayako selected as the Support option and followed all of the instructions within WHMCS. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
