WHMCS renews domains when it shouldn't.

Hello,

 

Gone through the steps to manually add a domain into the system since we are switching from CE to WHMCS:

So entered the domain, a .co.uk one, clicked register (tried transfer too) as per the instructions

Entered the due date of 2011 and the expiry date of 2011

 

All looking good, but when cron.php runs, it tries to renew the domain name from 2011 to 2013. This fails as the domain cant be renewed at this time, but the customer gets an invoice for £0.00 and now gets confused as to why their domain is being renewed for free!

 

Not sure what the next step is to try to stop WHMCS renewing the domain when its not the renewal date, or even as the customer has not got an invoice to pay so it can be renewed.

 

Any help most appreciated!

they'll have an invoice as next-invoice-date was before today, and it'll be for 0 as that will be either the "first" amount or the "next" amount on the domain record, and it will have tried to renew, as the "invoice" was paid ...
