dsnet
We had an issue this morning. A particular invoice belonging to one client was sent (automatically) to another client. What could have been responsible for that? All help appreciated.
oempire
ive had a similar issue for some time now. Paypal subscriptions would send the subscription due email, but to the wrong client. eg. client 1 - Paypal subscriptions client 2 - Mail In Admin cron would say paypal subscription email sent to client 1 But id view the copy , and it would be sent to client 2, and contained all of client 2's info, even if their due date was several months away. as of last night matt advised that he may have located a code mistake "an error in the coding causing this that was causing the reminder to be sent to the product id rather than the hosting account id. I've made a modification to the file and am attaching it here for upload to the admin folder." Ive installed the new cron file and will just have to wait for a nother customer whos on paypal subscriptions to get to their due date. - this also leads me to another question, matt has manually updated a couple of files for me over the last couple of weeks, yet i havent seen the version increment or any announcement made, how can we all be sure we are running the lastest file versions.
