BasilFawlty
I am new to WHMCS and have installed my licensed copy on my site. I have also signed up for Enom re-seller account and "think" I have it all set up in WHMCS. But I'm not clear how this works. I have set up my "transfer" domain cost to be $0 (free), but on my Enom account it says "my cost: is $9.95. So, I have a friend ho initiated a transfer of his domain. The process of him doing the transfer on my WHMCS site went well and he got a message that the transfer (from his registrar) was in progress. But I did not charge him for the transfer, but Enom charges (me) $9.95, but how or when do I get charged? Will they bill me? I'm assuming at some point I must pay $9.95 for the transfer, but not sure when or how that will occur? Could someone please provide an explanation of how Enom gets paid when I'm not charging anything for a transfer?

It will have deducted the transfer cost from the amount you've credited at enom (same as it does for registrations) Offering free transfers is a quick way to run low on funds

I guess I won't offer any more "free" transfers!
