Exporting Invoices from WHMCS to an accounting software

Does anyone know how to export invoices generated by WHMCS as a CSV file?\

Hi,

 

Yes we do.

We then import to sage.

Email me and i will zip them across.

We import them into MYOB Business Basics each day.

Its just a matter of pulling the necessary data from the WHMCS database and formatting it appropriately for your particular accounting program to import.

 

All of the data MYOB requires can be found in tblinvoices, tblinvoiceitems and tblclients.

 

We've also added a custom table that records the invoice number once it's been exported so that it doesn't get duplicated.
