How to remove billing information from sub accounts?

Is it possible to remove the billing information from the right hand menu for a client sub account user when logged into the client area?

 

I have clients who have various sub account for each staff member to log support tickets. However, they do not want their staff to see the billing information.

 

is this possible to allow their staff membrs to only see the tickets they have opened themselves and nothing else?
