johnh Posted April 4, 2007 Share Posted April 4, 2007 Hi, just found out that.. on Configuration->General Configuration... when you click "Quick Search" on top with opening tab... it remove all data on General Configuration.. and when I check this on DB table.. it was empty...... it might be same on other pages when you open "Quick Search" with tab... I am not sure.. what happen to my whmcs....so weired error.. it remove all data on that page that opened Quick Search with tab... and checked on db and it was all empty filed after that.. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted April 4, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted April 4, 2007 Sounds like an issue on your system where you submitted the general configuration form and your browser lost all the data and didn't post it through correctly causing all fields to be blanked.
