borzoid Posted September 13, 2010 Share Posted September 13, 2010 Last month one of my clients changed to paypal subscription payment - but set it up by e-check which of course takes longer and caused her to get an overdue notice - she emailed to ask about the notice. In looking into her account the invoice for last month does not appear in her invoice list. I can go to transactions, see the payment and invoice number and click on it. The invoice is there and complete. So why doesn't it appear in her invoice listing and how will this affect the payment processing since that was the invoice she started her subscription on? Currently paypal is showing this month's payment as "on hold" which is something I've never seen before. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
