I am having following problems managing .tel domains via WHMCS I am using enom reseller account via WHMCS.

Has anyone else come across the similar issues relating to .tel domain management?

1. Customer is not able to update whois contact details via WHMCS.

2. When I try to update the contact details via WHMCS Admin account I get following error:

Registrar Error

Extended attribute: tel_whoistype is required.

3. Customers are not able to connect to CTH from their WHMCS account similar to enom reseller account.

4. When a .tel domain is purchased, .tel domain access details are not sent to customer from enom.

5. I am able to login into customer .tel domain to view/change customer private details from the enom account. Security issue. Tried to call enom, I was told to contact WHMCS as WHMCS is the primary reseller.

6. My enom reseller contact details are being added to customer's contact details in the Admin/Tech and Billing sections even though WHMCS is setup to use “client details" for these.

Any help to resolve these iusses will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
