Plesk module error 1023

Hello,

Since i'm actually on trial for testing before going into production, this is not allowing me to get support, so i'm reposting my support ticket here, hoping for help

 

I currently have a problem with plesk module

Everything looks like correctly configured but each time i want the module to create user and domain on plesk i got this error :

Module Command Error

1023 - cObject::update() failed: Certains champs sont vides ou leur valeur est erronée. ('login' = '')

(English traduction of the french part : Some fields are empty of their values are wrong)

Of course i put something on the username text field, the domain too, see attachment

 

After i click on create the domain and username field return empty again, nothing at all is created on plesk

I tried to uncheck the ssl connexion mode on the server config in whmcs, when i do that, the module command return an empty error

 

Additional infos :

After that, i tried to put wrong templates information just to check if i had an error with the template name, and the error is totally different, so at this point i assume that i've entered the right templates name for the test
