MACscr
Am i missing something or is the disk usage reports for whmcs going to be completely off when it comes to resellers? It would show how much that particular site is using, but not the total of it and all of its sites. Understand what im saying?
Rebel
Actually -- i was trying to sort out the same thing -- this could be a nice feature to have if it is not already there?
MACscr
no one else finds this to be a problem?
PPH
I have used WHMCS as a reseller and as a dedicated with reseller accounts and don't see any problems with how it handles the server disk useage report. Isn't this just pulled directly out of WHM? Or are you looking for a report that reports the disk usage with the resellers usage for their account including the accounts they have created? I guess it might be nice to report total usage of a reseller account.
bucketshop
George, I think that is what they are talking about. It would be nice to see the total usage for the "reseller" account, so you can get a big picutre.

Well, plus the fact that the usage displayed for a reseller account is very misleading and who really cares what the reseller is using for his personal site.
bucketshop
Exactly. I give 50MB for the personal site. How about yourself?
