VPS.Net client management buttons do not control vps

Recommended Posts

The VPS.Net provisioning module, when configured will properly create a VPS at vps.net. Unfortunately, none of the Power Management controls in WHMCS have any effect on the vps power status. This is using the latest release version 4.3.1.

I have tested all the different Power Management control buttons, both on the client panel and admin panel, and none have any effect on the status of the vps. Additionally, there is no status output to the end user as to success or failure of the different buttons on the client panel and the admin panel reports success even though nothing actually happens.

These buttons have no apparent function in the client panel:

  • Power On
  • Power Off
  • Reboot
  • Shutdown
