Error with footer.tpl

Hi,

 

I have managed to edit my header.tpl to match my website but I can't get the footer.tpl to do the same.

 

heres the link http://www.mysybersolutions.com/support

 

when I put spaces between the links they show up as little boxes in between the links. How do I fix that?

 

here is what my footer.tpl says

save the footer.tpl file with the correct encoding... utf-8 without bom
