click per action script for chechout

I am wondering if someone can guide me how i would setup a script (checkout script) so once a customer successfully places an order is the only time i would pay for the click (pay) per action.

 

I need to place some code from my marketer on this page so once the customer reached the checkout, my marketer is notified and charges me accordingly. (The marketer will supply the code, i just have to paste on a certain page - this is the info i need)

 

I think this will be more cost effective than the CPC route.
