b.ahmed
When you setup your product price then you have to put TOTAL price of the product. WHMCS will automatically break it down if you have enabled enabled "Monthly Breakdown Option" So if you want to offer product for $5 / Month if client buy annual plan then you have to put 5x12: $60 in pricing editor Annual Price field. WHMCS automatically divide the total price with number of months. Understood ?

mraztek
my English is pretty bad! i can't really explain but no everything work fine only the price doesn't get multiply when someone selects the 12 month term, if im selling it for example 2 dollars and i put in the fiel of the 12 month the 2 dollars it should multiply 2X12 i believe and give a result of 24dls in the checkout page
b.ahmed
Oh Don't worry about English......and For the above example you have to put 24 in annual price. Just put 24 and see what happens.....

othellotech
The "problem" is the OP is putting a *monthly equivalent* in the Annual price and needs to put the total-for-a-yeat into the field and resave the product ...
