jcdfusion
Hi, I used the "WHMCS to WHMCS", both installations are the latest version, so there is no problem with that. Now, after importing from the old WHMCS script, duplicate invoices were sent, plus very old unpaid invoices which were from trials and were meant to be unpaid (these older invoices were imported to the older WHMCS from Clientexec). Why is the new WHMCS system sending duplicates of current unpaid invoices, and most importantly why is it sending very old unpaid invoices, which I deleted from the old WHMCS system? Any ideas on how to prevent it from resending all these invoices?
mdkock
I also have a problem with this after using the import script for Clientexec. Also think there is something wrong with this script as it is importing hosting accounts using the invoice table and not the recurringfee table. The appliestoid field used from the invoice table does not apply to a domain, but to a client?
bdrewery
Using WHMCS 5 this just happened to me after importing from MB 4. Did you ever get this figured out?
bdrewery
This happened to us after importing twice (from two different systems). The invoice ids clashed.
