Enom Auto Renew not enabled

Hi all.

 

My clients register domains using my Enom's reseller account.

 

I went to enom's interface, "Settings", and selected checkbox called:

Renew the registration of domain names 30 days before they expire.

(recommended)

 

Then went to WHMCS, "General Settings", "Domains" and selected checkbox called:

Default Auto Renewal Setting

 

Now my client has registered a .com domain unsing whmcs enom module, but auto renew fot that domain is shown as "off" at enom's interface, instead of being shown as "auto", as it should be.

 

Maybe a problem at enom's application.

Or maybe a problem in whmcs's enom module.

 

Its been two days and I still don't know where the mistake can be located, if enom or whmcs.

Can you help me, please?

All domains should be "off" for automatic renewal at your registry, renewals will be done by WHMCS when they pay.
