BasilFawlty
I'm new to WHMCS and just installed the trail version. I managed to get my server info set up and made some test products for hosting. Just for testing I successfully signed up for a test hosting service and was able to successfully create the account on my server as well as in WHMCS. However, I now want to "terminate" the account on WHMCS and also have it "terminate" the account on my server. For some reason, I can't seem to figure out where that is done. When I list my hosting accounts in WHMCS, I see the list of test accounts I created, but don't see any function to "terminate" an account. I can check a box next to an account to sent an email, bat that's all. I'm sure there is a way to do it, but can't find it. Can someone point me in the right direction. I want to manually terminate an account. Thanks,
irdeto
I just had this question a short time ago. You need to go into WHMCS and click on the client, then go into the products tab - there is a terminate option there. that will run a process that will delete the account from whm.
HerrZ
after "terminate" a product (hosting) it will be deleted from your webserver. in whmcs it is still on changed status "terminated".
