  1. Hi myellow_media, I thought I would share what my host did for me. As I stated earlier in the thread i had a similar issue with the same sort of error. Ultimately the issue found related to a corrupt file found in php. my host rebuilt php and i no longer get that particular error when auto provisioning. interestingly enough I too was playing around with tpl files as i was working on a new template.
  2. Hi David, i had already checked this. unfortunately it did not resolve the situation. i am going to delete my entire kb and reimport it. hopefully this works.
  3. i have the same problem!!! and it has only just started all of a sudden. up until 2 days ago, customers could auto provision after payment. now all of a sudden it times out with a 500 server error. and the customer is made to wait at least 4 minutes after submitting order to see that error. soo frustrating. what can i try?

Hi guys, I moved my whmcs from a sub folder (i.e. clients) to the root of my site. after reissuing the licence I can access the back end, however the links to my announcements and knowledge base take me to a page not found. is there a way of rebuilding all the links in whmcs? it is really annoying. on another note - my whmcs installation is no longer automatically provisioning new cpanel account creations. once the customer submits the order and pays for it, it says 'please wait' to the customer and then it takes them to a 500 internal server timeout error page. after a minute or so the account is created on whm for them however they do not get their welcome email. any help would be much appreciated.
  5. Hey guys, Just wondering if anyone has come across a module that will create an account in Interspire Email Marketer automatically after a customer makes a payment? This could be a really good service to provide to customers who wish to sign up to a bulk email campaign service.

  10. is there any way to change that? sort of defeats the purpose? a customer may just be setting up - but they also will forget when their trial is ending - is there a work around? i would hate to piss off customers who were happy to upgrade. The whole purpose for me using the free trials hook would be to entice them to check out the services and hope that they stay. Any assistance would be appreciated john. cheers mate.
  11. I just had this question a short time ago. You need to go into WHMCS and click on the client, then go into the products tab - there is a terminate option there. that will run a process that will delete the account from whm.
  12. Hi guys, I have recently implemented the Official Free trials mod. I have several questions for those of you who are using it. Firstly, I have already created the email template that will be sent out to the customer when the free trial is over. My question is - when is that email exactly sent to the customer? And what happens when their free trial expires? Will it delete their account? I just want to make sure I implement the process correctly. The last thing I want happening is a customer's account being deleted without giving them some sort of grace period. Is anyone else using this? How are you doing it?   13. Hi guys, I was wondering if any of you out there are offering clients a 2 week trial account or 30 day account? And for those of you who are doing so, how are you combatting customers who are filling out bogus address details, etc just to get the account? At the moment I am just manually terminating them. I was interested to know how some of you do it? Im getting at least 2 bogus ones a day. If this continues I will terminate the free trial product - but I would rather not.
  14. Hi Frank, So are you saying that I should always Terminate an account first? Would this automatically delete the customer from whmcs? Can you please clarify the procedure. Also - i was wondering how are you dealing with annoying customers who are signing up for a free trial but are entering fake details?
