kmm2908
We are using v4.2.1 We have a custom order form system in place. Our hosting products are all set to auto setup on 1st payment but they are not auto setting up. Is there anything in the order system that could affect the auto setup? Our order system does not process the payment, the WHMCS system does. Does the autosetup process look for any settings in the database before enacting auto setup that could have been missed by our custom order system? Any help greatly appreciated.
kmm2908
Just an update: When invoices placed through our custom system are paid they return to the invoice page, not cart.php?a=complete When we process an order through WHMCS cart they return to the ?a=complete which triggers the ISPAID and I presume that triggers the auto setup. So can anyone suggest why our invoices do not return to the correct ?a=complete Again, thanks in advance for any help or advice.
laszlof
Without more information regarding the "Custom order form system" I do not think anyone is going to be able to help you. Have you tried opening a ticket?

pbnet
Just food for thought.... Maybe you can load up order variables from db and call that ?a=complete in the background... like simulating it Hope it helps somehow
