shoping cart problem

Hi I have a problem with product purchasing.

for example when a logs in his account and clicks new order then choses for example any hosting product, then clicks on I will update my DNS... and clicks continue he gets a blank page.

how can this issue be fixed?

 

I tried to open the configuration.php & added this line

$display_errors = true;

in the 2nd line under <?php

and I get no error log just a blank page.

 

also when checking on my browser I see that the link is

http://www.d3m5.com/d3m/cart.php?a=add&pid=13

and when refreshing the page the same thing I get a blank page.

need help pls.
