Registrar Error ERR: 102 ????

I now can see that the registrant did not complete the domain order form correctly for a .au name


Now how to get this fixed? I assume I will do it manually or can you send them an email through WHMCS to do it via their account?


You can either process it manually or just cancel the order and have the customer re submit another order with all the correct information


My suggestion would be to just have the customer start over again form scratch with all the correct information that way there's no problems
