wcdc
I am a web designer … I’ve been searching for a way to automatically install Wordpress when I setup a new account… That’s great except I want the installation to be on a sub domain during development, and the CMS application to be already configured … Therefore, the idea of duplicating an entire cPanel account … seemed logical … Except I also need, my database to dynamically populated with different passwords etc. Dose any of this sound reasonable, any suggestions? Thanks!
vchosting
Our script will do this for you - if you test your trial license first and once you have it working and configured we can package up a script that will install word press the way you want it as appose to out of the box. This will include all your favourite addons and templates etc etc. It wont duplicate the cPanel because otherwise all usernames and passwords and databases would be exactly the same but it will create a new cPanel with the same folder structure and ultimatly a corresponding database for Word Press with specific user names and passwords. Our script will certainly do the most of what you are asking. Once you have it working raise a support ticket and we will sort out your exact requirements and start working on your custom wordpress install for you. VC-AutoPress (Word Press Auto Installer) is located at http://www.forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=30593 I have put a response on that post also for you WCDC
