Support E-Mail Piping

When submitting a ticket via e-mail, submitter is getting 2 replies, one is the auto response as expected, the second is a "Mail Delivery failed..." message with the following error:


PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/php_gd2.dll' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/php_gd2.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0


In the Ticket Import Logs, the messages are listed as being imported properly, but if you go to Support and list all tickets, they do not appear. Ticket summaries reflect the appropriate number of tickets, but the e-mail generated tickets are no where to be found.


GD libraries are compiled and present in a "php -m", gd2 is un-commented in php.ini. pipe.php permissions are set properly.
