Redirect to Paypal Site not working...

I have set my WHMCS install to redirect the buyers to the payment gateway automatically.

It did work before, but since I enabled the IGN service at Paypal - the redirect doesnt work anymore.

I see the Paypal Pay Now and Subscribe buttons flashing by and then the customer is taken back to my Cart.

 

Any clue what might causing the problem?

 

I have been forced to take the customer to their invoice for the time being.
