Support department setup help

Hi All

 

Im not sure if I have done this correct.

 

I have 5 support departments and have setup all the email address as support@(mydomain).co.uk. If I email support@(mydomain).co.uk the ticket ends up in whmcs, this is fine as that what i would like but how do choose a default department that all tickets should go to if the customer uses the email address instead of picking a department from the support front end.

 

Have I just missed somthing?
