mwtg
We began moving into WHMCS from another program 3 weeks ago. While there were some hiccups along the way, I now feel like I need to post some praise. The majority of our problems, I hate to admit, stem from not reading any of the wiki's or watching any of the videos; instead we tried to just walk ourselves through it. Whatever you do, start your transition by watching the videos and spending a day in the wiki. When we had problems, Matt and his team were quick to respond, usually solving the issue in 1 reply. I opened 20 tickets during our settup, and only felt frustrated on one critical issue. On the one critical issue that we had, Matt responded personally to an email criticizing the process. After a couple of exchange, it was clear that WHMCS was the right company, in spite of the problem. With our system now fully functional, I could not be happier of my "choice" Keep in mind that the "choice" was originally made based on a free license! During the setup process I opened 20 tickets You cannot get a better support system for managing your business.
xiconsulting2
I agree, if you check out my latest posts regarding many extensive modifications, I have not been happy with any other script. And I have spent thousands of dollars on various "membership" applications but none have offered the amount of flexibility that WHMCS has even with closed source. We are utilizing WHMCS for a non-hosting related site, and were able to customize it to create a fully automated order and fulfillment process. Good stuff. We have also been able to stay PCI compliant with WHMCS which I was surprised about.
