WHMCS WILL NOT CREATE cPanels

Hi,

Everyone I have scanned this forum to try and find the answer to a major problem I have.

I have tried everything to get this to work but WHMCS just will not auto setup client cPanels I keep getting the same error every time I purchase a service using a test account.

This is the error from the activity log.

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 17 - Error: Sorry, resellers are not permitted to create subdomains of the server's main domain.

I have followed the instructions from other threads on this forum with this error and still does not work. I’m seriously thinking of using another automated client billing software if I can’t get this to work soon. I really like the WHMCS interface and how easy it is to use but it has drastically let me down at the most important hurdle " Cpanel auto setup"

Is there anyone including the developers of WHMCS have any definitive answers to this problem.

Regards

Tony
