ah80 Posted June 24, 2010 Share Posted June 24, 2010 (edited) Hi Guys, I'm having an issue where clients cannot add "product addons" from the client area. I can add them just fine from the admin area and they then appear in the client area. I have confirmed that the product addon has the "applicable products" ticked for the products they relate to. If I select "Show addon during initial product order process" it shows up on the order form, but still not in the client area to order later. The products I have as addons are SSL certificates. If the client clicks "Click to view available addons" for their product they get the message "No Addons Available for your Products & Services" Does anyone have any ideas?
