kikloo Posted June 13, 2010 Share Posted June 13, 2010 Hello, I just got whmcs few days back and I have a reseller DNP account. I configured it in WHMCS but its not working. When I press Create button to create the hosting account then it does'nt works and simply shows a blank/white page in the end with no errors or anything at all. I searched the forums and came to know that soap needs to be enabled by recompiling apache and php. I've got that done on the server i have installed whmcs but still its not working. What to do ? swilders Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 SOLVED: the blank white page was caused by CSF (the firewall) on our server blocking the outgoing requests from WHMCS to port 9002 on the DNP server.
