jsmall@linux25.com
Anyone know how to tell the system not to bill for suspended services? I have to terminate a service before it will stop billing for that service. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you, Jeff
nexthost
I think you can just go to the clients, and click them, and just set it as free that should take care of it.. I'm new to whmcs, there could be a better way..
jsmall@linux25.com
I think you can just go to the clients, and click them, and just set it as free that should take care of it.. I'm new to whmcs, there could be a better way.. Thank you for your time in replying to this thread. Unfortunately, that does not solve my problem. Your suggestion is the workaround I have been using, but it removes the benefit of the system automation. I have to go in and manually make changes every time a customer gets suspended automatically by the system. My question should probably be in "Feature Requests", but I thought I would post here first to see if there was something I was missing. If I had access to the source code I could make the change myself! WHMCS needs a developer program to allow people to develop their own mods.
