Using WHMCS for non hosting billing

DCS-Online

Question

Hi all WHMCS aces,

Currently I am testing WHMCS for 15 days. I like what I see very much, and I know I have to discover most of its use in the few days I have to decide if I am buying or not.

The webhosting billing Is quit easy to understand and I will manage that I think.

(wish it had ISPConfig support but that's another topic)

My current question is this one.

I not only will offering web hosting, but also some webdesign and server hardware.

Can I make an invoice for that without people have to make accounts?

Or can it be done by filling in the name myself and print a invoice, with the next invoice # on it?

Hope I make any sense, its much easier thinking in English that explaining my self on "paper"

Appie

Yes, you can easily make invoices for arbitrary or even one-off products. You simply hit "Create Invoice" and then add the lines and prices one by one.

You can also create billable items to automate regular or short-time-period billing for arbitrary products. WHMCS is a good way to manage your outstanding invoices and to allow people to pay online.
