Hi

You probably have seen it.

Configuration -> Product/ Services -> Chose the package you want -> Details

Here you can see at the bottom is the subdomain. Add you extension here.

Now when a user orders this package, they will see an option to use a free domain. Hope this helps

it doesnt seem to be possible to turn *off* the

Show Domain Options Tick to show domain registration options

to force the use of a subdomain only - anyone else offering a specific package as subdomain only ?

Hey,

I'm unsure of what your question is, you first ask how to turn off the option of showing domain orders but then go on to ask only how to use subdomains.

Make up your mind :P

But if I think I know what your saying go to Configuration > General Configuration > Order Form and find where it says Domain Registration Options and make sure none of those boxes are checked.

From,

Adam

I thought it was completely self-explanatory :P

Domain orders and sub-domains are not the same thing ...

I dont want to turn off the ability to order domains system wide.

I want for one/more products to be able to deselect the option that allows that product to have a domain, forcing it to have only have a subdomain.

on a shared hosting package its currently hard-coded to enable the user to purchase/transfer a domain :(
