Reseller Usage Statistics not showing

I am using the latest version 4.2 and all is working good except the resellers accounts do not show the usage stats under the Products services tab...

 

Disk Usage: 0 MB, Disk Limit: Unlimited MB, BW Usage: 0 MB, BW Limit: Unlimited MB, (Last Updated: 28/05/2010 04:00)

 

Whereas it shows up the usage stats fine for all shared hosting resold accounts

 

Doe this require any special settings somehwre that I may have missed out ???

Any help appreciated.
