.au whois server limit 20/hr

I had a problem with the .au whois server.

 

Once you go over 20 queries in an hour you get banned from the whois for 24 hours.

 

There is another whois server that just responds with Available/Not Available.

http://www.ausregistry.com.au/availability.php

 

The only problem is I put this server in the whoisservers.php list to search for the word Available and it always returns positive.

 

Is there a way to to use this whois server?
