Post 421 upgrade - unnecessary files?

The following files are not part of the 421 installation files, but still exist on my server. Should they be deleted or are they still needed by the overall system?

I prefer not to have these files listed as "Only in New" when doing a file/folder comparison to the original (old) folder of installation files. So I either want to copy them to the originals folder or delete them from the "new" folder depending on if they are WHMCS 421 files or not. I do not use google checkout.

Thanks!!
