owh123 Posted May 10, 2010 Share Posted May 10, 2010 We'd like to have clients just bypass the page where they would choose the department, as they tended often enough to choose the wrong department and that would slow down our response times to them. We thought of putting in redirect code in the file submitticket.php file, but we're concerned on how it may impact tickets and/or upgrades in the future.
